Position Overview As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of client profiles. The position entails working in the office three days a week, with the option of remote work on the remaining days. Key Responsibilities  Manage the creation and updating of client accounts  Verify and maintain accurate client profile information  Process online bidder approvals  Conduct data entry for clients, generate reports, and manage shipping instructions  Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards  Verify sales tax details  Track and respond to client surveys  Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary Required Skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel  Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail  Positive attitude and eagerness to learn  Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent  A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience Career Growth Opportunities This role provides a pathway for professional development, offering exposure to a variety of administrative responsibilities and the potential for advancement within our organization.
