Job Overview We are excited to invite applications for the role of Program Specialist, specifically targeting candidates with a PK-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) certification. This full-time, remote position offers an opportunity to support English Language Learners throughout Tennessee during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. We seek dedicated educators who are passionate about... fostering student success in a virtual learning environment. Key Responsibilities  Deliver engaging and interactive virtual instruction tailored to the unique needs of ELL students.  Manage a small caseload to ensure each student receives personalized attention and support.  Collaborate with a committed team to design and implement enriching learning experiences for students. Required Skills  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to create effective and engaging online learning environments.  Flexibility in adapting to the diverse learning requirements of ELL students. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in a related field.  An active teaching license in Tennessee, accompanied by a PK-12 ESL Certification.  Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred; however, we welcome applications from new educators eager to make a difference.
