Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster (Remote) Join our team as a Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster and take on a vital role in managing the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of property claims. This position provides the unique opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver comprehensive and compassionate service to our clients. Ideal for experienced professionals, this role combines the flexibility of remote work with field operations, ensuring both professional growth and personal life balance in the picturesque regions of Minnesota. Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed on-site and virtual inspections of properties damaged by various causes. • Determine applicable policy coverage for claims and prepare comprehensive written estimates. • Initiate proactive communication with all relevant parties to gather critical information and clarify the claims process. • Employ expert negotiation skills to settle claims timely and effectively. • Utilize innovative technologies such as drones and virtual claim handling software to enhance the accuracy and speed of inspections. • Respond to catastrophic events as part of a coordinated effort to provide immediate assistance to affected clients. Minimum Position Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and claims estimating software like Xactimate. • In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques. • A minimum of 7 years' experience in field property claims adjustment or a relevant combination of education and experience. • Current adjuster's licensing as per state regulations. • Valid driver’s license and the capability to manage a mobile office/company vehicle. Preferred Qualifications: • Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. • Experience in leading claims adjustment teams and managing complex claims scenarios. • Advanced certifications in property claims adjustment and related fields. Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. • Physical dexterity required for climbing, lifting, and navigating through damaged sites. • Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
