Key Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. • Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources. • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services. • Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge. • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online.
