In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat  * Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner  * Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members  * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions  * Assist with customer service-related tasks as needed Qualifications:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  * Strong problem-solving abilities  * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively  * Previous customer service experience is a plus  * Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools Experience:1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferred The pay range for this role is: 27 - 30 USD per hour(Meridian, ID 83642) PI250198213 Apply Job!Â
