Responsibilities: • Quickly Learn Master Sales Processes and Systems • Manage daily operations • Oversee multiple personnel • Help with onboarding and training Qualifications: • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence including active listening and problem-solving • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go • Works well with others and individually • Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed • LAH license Employment Type: Full-time Average first year earnings as career agent: $55,000 Average first year earnings entry level manager: $85,000 Average earnings as veteran career agent: $100,000 Average earnings as veteran Manager: $160,000 Company DescriptionOur company is the largest subsidiary of Globe Life, a fortune 500 company, with over 120 years of serving and protecting working families.
