In this role, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve technical or account-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or marketplace environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
