Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s largest supermarket chain’s pharmacy stores in the search for a proactive pharmacist to join their progressive team. The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator. You’ll also have proven post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment. This will be a full-time position where you’ll be working 40 hours per week over 4 days. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team. • Ensure the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly. • Provide support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate. • Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community. • Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively. What You’ll Bring • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). • MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.
