In this role, you will assist customers through live chat, providing real-time solutions and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You should be an excellent communicator, adept at problem-solving, and able to handle multiple conversations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities: Provide customer support via live chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues. Assist with technical support, account management, and product/service-related questions. Troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer problems in real-time. Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone with customers at all times. Ensure all customer interactions are documented, including details and resolutions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate issues as needed. Stay updated on products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate information. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through efficient and effective support. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in a customer support or chat-based role is a plus.
