Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where your passion for providing outstanding service will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships. In this fully remote position, you will engage with clients and agents, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and managing service requests with professionalism and precision. Key Responsibilities • Respond to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions. • Process a variety of billing and service requests such as account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries. • Manage manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals. • Address information requests and oversee public website inquiries. • Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on outstanding items or funds. • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions. Required Skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory). • Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience. • Experience in insurance or call center environments is advantageous. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills. • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload. • Willingness to work overtime on occasion. Qualifications • An Associate's degree in business or a related field.
