As a remote Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage multiple social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends. What does that mean? Come in, collaborate with our current team members, and create a plan to... optimize our social media accounts. Our founders have multiple Two Comma Club awards, and multiple strategic partnerships with big names in the online industry via various niches. Point being, you will work with and learn from people with REAL experience in the space that have produced results. The position is salary based - with on target earrings of 80k-100k+/year. There is potential for commission as well. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company objectives. • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers. • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. • Work on miscellaneous projects as directed by the marketing director and executive team • Be a contributing member of the marketing team in revenue, culture, and brand image. Requirements: • Ability to Solve Problems - Identify and handle issues in a timely manner; gather and analyze information tactfully; create alternative solutions to these problems • Ability to Adapt - Adapt to changes that may occur in your post; adapts to problems that arise and uses best alternate solution; able to deal with sudden change, delays, or unexpected events • Attendance/Punctuality - punctual when it comes to being on time for work, meetings, etc.; ensure your post is taken care of when absent • Integrity and Ethics - uphold standards within the organization. • Goal Oriented - Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks; use time efficiently; consistently sets goals and objectives; organize, schedule and work well with others when it comes to completing tasks. The full time option for this position is between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. Part time people are encouraged to apply if you can work mornings or evenings 4 hours/day M-F and commit 4-6 hours every Saturday. Qualifications: Training will be provided but you should already have ample experience with managing social media accounts. • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines. • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
