Job Description As a Contact Center Agent at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
