Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. , • 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. , • Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status. , • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. , • Professionalism in responding to high-end clientele. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the travel insurance industry. , • Bilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele. Benefits • Hybrid work model. , • Competitive salary ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. , • Full-time schedule with 2nd shift hours from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
