Key Responsibilities • Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into established Excel templates. • Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting. • Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure alignment with the original auction information through meticulous cross-referencing and verification. • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, including complex errors in postings. • Collaborate with the posting team to maintain accuracy and provide necessary updates or feedback. • Maintain well-organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any corrections made. • Propose process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in our data handling. • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management. Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and error-checking. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies. • Excellent communication capabilities to foster collaboration with team members. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving complex data discrepancies.
