Job title: ESP - Clerical (Main Office) Company: Osseo Area Schools Job description : Job summary: To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning. Responsibilities and tasks include: Greet visitors, answer questions/concerns pertaining to the administrative function of the school; receive incoming calls from students, parents, etc. as needed while supporting the Counseling and Student Services departments. Provide support to AESPs and Administration within the offices including filing, data entry and records organization. Locate students, write passes and assign student helper to deliver in the event of a problem, concern or emergency. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to type, maintain records and file. Computer experience necessary. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include: Osseo Senior High is looking for an ESP who has diverse skills. Candidates must be able to direct and redirect students in a confident manner; possess strong clerical skills including filing and data entry as well as be comfortable greeting visitors and answering phones. Candidates must have a positive attitude, be willing to work as part of a team, and be flexible with their daily assignments.
