The People's First Agency stands as the foremost provider of financial services to over 44,000 Labor Unions, Credit Unions, and Associations, including esteemed unions such as police officers, firefighters, veterans, teachers, nurses, and the NFL Players Association. Key Responsibilities • Respond to written requests for supplemental insurance benefits. • Provide detailed information and support to union members and various associations. • Participate actively in training and professional development programs to enhance your sales skills. Required Skills • Positive attitude and strong communication abilities. • Self-motivated, coachable, and a dedicated team player. • Access to a laptop/computer with a webcam and reliable internet connection. Qualifications • Ability to successfully pass a background check. • Leadership experience is an advantage. • Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory. • Candidates must reside in the United States to be considered for this remote position.
