Work Interactions Reporting to the CEMA’s Program Directors, the Teaching Assistant primarily engages with students to provide a supportive educational environment. Requirements and Qualifications Professional experience tutoring or teaching in a classroom. Professional or personal experience with underserved students of color. Professional experience with editing, copyediting, or publishing ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to connect with and inspire diverse groups of students.
