Compensation and Benefits The US national annual base salary range for this position is from (85,000 to )170,000. This range includes the base salary expected for the role, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Award plan based on company and individual performance. Skills • Knowledge of corporate travel • Familiarity with multiple GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Apollo/Galileo) and online booking tools (such as KDS, Concur, GetThere, etc.) • Analytical and conceptual thinking • In-depth understanding of web/internet/server technology • Strong time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives • Experience in project management is preferred • Capacity to inspire change amidst resistance Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end implementation and deployment of customer product tools globally • Build and maintain detailed project plans • Collaborate with Implementation, Service Delivery, Commercial, Product Development, and Support teams • Coordinate discussions with clients to set expectations and resolve issues • Configure, test, and troubleshoot sites, including travel policies and pricing • Contribute to standard processes for quality improvement and documentation • Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support on implementation specifications • Update management on implementation status weekly and participate in team meetings • Prioritize workload while multitasking effectively Qualifications • Strong knowledge of corporate travel and associated technologies • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a matrix environment • Capacity to drive results in a P/L environment • Strong relationship management skills Education Requirements • A degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience Requirements • Experience in corporate travel or related sectors • Previous project management experience is a plus Why work in Atlanta, GA Atlanta is a thriving city known for its rich history, diverse culture, and burgeoning tech scene.
