Description As an Amazon Product Tester with American Express, you’ll play a vital role in evaluating the latest products available on Amazon. Your insights will guide potential buyers and inform product improvements. This position is perfect for individuals who love exploring new gadgets and have excellent attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to receive products directly at home, test them thoroughly, and provide honest, constructive feedback. You will fill out surveys, write reviews, and may occasionally participate in focus groups. This job offers a significant level of autonomy, allowing you to set your own schedule within the 4-hour daily limit. Requirements – Must be 18 years or older. – Reliable internet connection and own a computer or smartphone. – Excellent written communication skills. – Detail-oriented with a knack for recognizing product features. – Basic knowledge of Amazon’s platform. – Ability to follow instructions accurately. – Passion for gadgets and new technology. Responsibilities – Receive and unbox products sent for testing. – Test products for functionality, quality, and ease of use. – Write detailed reviews on Amazon’s platform. – Complete feedback surveys accurately and timely. – Participate in focus groups or online discussions as needed. – Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased products. – Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process.
