The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to exceed guest expectations. As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, responsible for providing high-quality service, valuable information, and tailored recommendations to enhance their experience. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their stay. • Provide detailed information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, shops, events, and transportation options. • Assist with booking reservations, tickets, tours, and transportation services. • Manage guest requests efficiently, including special occasions, transportation arrangements, and personal errands. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and current events to provide accurate information to guests. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. • Keep the Concierge desk and surrounding areas organized and presentable. • Monitor and report on guest satisfaction and solicit feedback for service improvement. • Stay informed about hotel and local policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with the most current information. • *Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certification is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism. • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet. • Proficiency in using office and reservation software; familiarity with property management systems is a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing the guest experience.
