This remote position allows you to engage directly with client managers to identify their hiring requirements, facilitate the onboarding process for applicants, coordinate orientation logistics, and handle various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with client managers to ascertain staffing needs and keep them updated on the status of applicants. • Support drivers throughout their application process with clients and carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Organize and manage orientation sessions, addressing travel, accommodation, and any unforeseen challenges that may arise. • Execute administrative tasks and provide support to meet additional team requirements. Required Skills • Excellent communication abilities. • Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently. • Customer service orientation with a focus on candidate experience. • Capability to coordinate logistics and schedules effectively.
