Job title: Registered Nurse - Primary Care REMOTE HYBRID Company: University of Vermont Health Network Job description : This is a remote hybrid position after a successful completion of on-site orientation, flexibility as needed. Sign-on Bonus RNs with at least 1 year of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus. Relocation Package $9200 budget for relocating employees. Porter Primary Care - Middlebury is a vibrant team of hardworking individuals who always goes the extra mile for our patients. The Registered Nurse acts as the liaison to our patients, providers, medical assistants, and other office staff by communicating, mentoring, and engaging superior service. As an RN, you are a critical part of our Primary Care outpatient clinic. Your passion for providing exceptional clinical care and customer service contributes to the high level of care we provide to our community. You will connect with our patients to address clinical questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as phone, email, patient portal and in person. You will triage patient clinical needs, support outcomes and communicate any needs to the appropriate stakeholders. In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the Registered Nurse is directly responsible for attending to patient’s nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times. The Lead Nurse functions as a leader of the clinical support staff at the practice. EDUCATION: Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required. CPR certification. EXPERIENCE: Effective communication skills. Effective organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
