Key Responsibilities  Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.  Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.  Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.  Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Required Skills  Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.  Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.  Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous. Qualifications  A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.  Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.  High School Diploma or GED is required.
