We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Director to become a vital part of our esteemed non-profit incubator. In this influential role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering clean technology innovation. Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategic vision and management of IT systems and infrastructure. • Oversee the successful implementation and integration of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency. • Resolve IT challenges and ensure seamless technology functionality within our co-working space. • Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and craft tailored solutions. • Educate staff on new technologies and processes, enhancing their technical capabilities. • Cultivate relationships with IT vendors and consultants for optimal technology utilization. • Address technical requirements for both in-person and virtual events and conferences. Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience in implementing, integrating, and managing cloud-based software such as Salesforce. • 3-5 years of experience in leading IT teams within small business settings. • Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite, alongside network administration skills. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to advancing the clean energy sector.
