Job Overview We are looking for a committed part-time bookkeeper or bookkeeping service provider to join our team in a remote capacity, dedicating 8-12 hours per week, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate closely with our existing part-time bookkeeper, who is available from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. As we embark on a transition from our legacy ERP system to a new... ERP solution in the coming two months, comprehensive training on both systems will be provided to ensure you are adequately prepared for the responsibilities of this role. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings. • Support insurance renewals and oversee new employee documentation. • Manage invoicing for factory-direct shipments alongside other administrative duties. Required Skills • Proficiency in MS Excel. • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting. Qualifications • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred. • A high school diploma or equivalent; accounting certification is advantageous.
