We are in search of a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the industry, located in San Francisco, California. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, your focus will be on processing and maintaining accurate data records, resolving data-related issues, and ensuring the security of confidential customer information. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and sustain data across multiple database systems. • Interpret, verify, compile, and sort received data and source documents before entering them into the system. • Keep an organized record of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. • Deliver basic troubleshooting assistance and propose solutions for issues related to data, ensuring smooth operations. • Adhere to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information. • Utilize various skills including 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CRM', 'Epic Software', 'ERP Solutions', 'About Time', 'Answering Inbound Calls', 'Billing Functions', 'Check Processing', 'Claim Administration', 'JavaScript', 'Application Coding'.
