What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answering/transferring inbound and outbound calls during business hours
- Providing support to other departments and mail services
- Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks
- Insurance tracking and reporting
- Assisting with early-stage collections duties
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science
- Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
