Job title: Full Charger Bookkeeper Company: AZ TUITION CONNECTION INC Job description : Ideal Candidate will offer: · Demonstrable experience with Quickbooks online. · Demonstrable skills in Microsoft office suite products. · A Positive, creative, energetic, team personality. · The desire to work in a small office of 8-12 people. · Live within 20 minutes of Via de Ventura and the 101 in Scottsdale. Key responsibilities: · Transactional data entry into Quickbooks. · Check / ACH preparation · Bank statement reconciliations · Contribute to the team by assisting with other projects as needed. · Annual Audit management.
