Job Title: Health Care Nurse Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Health Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Health Care Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, administering medications, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering exceptional services to our patients. This role demands a high level of dedication to patient care and a strong ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Primary Responsibilities: • Prepare patients for examination and treatment. Take patient histories and vital signs • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments and follow policies and procedures • Assist physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals • Maintain the patient file, records and other information • Use nursing theory to guide patient care • Perform selected nursing and administrative duties • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments • Give injections... and apply splints and dressings • Maintain patient confidentiality • Attend staff meetings as required • Maintain strictest confidentiality • Perform other duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • Graduate of accredited nursing school • Current Oregon LPN license • Healthcare provider level BLS/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment • 1+ years of professional nursing experience Preferred Qualification: • Experience with an electronic medical record system As a Health Care Nurse, you will be integral to our healthcare team, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
