We are seeking proactive and engaging individuals to assist visitors on our clients’ websites, utilizing Live Chat software to provide stellar customer service and support. Your Role: Engage with customers and potential buyers through our clients’ Facebook and Instagram accounts, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle a variety of customer interactions effectively. Position Details: Rate: $35 per hour. Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term. Work Hours: Choose your workload, with options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Requirements: Possess a device with internet access to use social media and live chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Demonstrate the ability to work independently, follow instructions meticulously, and manage your schedule effectively. Maintain a reliable internet connection and commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week. Location: This position is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere within the United States.
