The Manager of Client Management will be a crucial part of our client-focused team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring the long-term success of our business.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a strong leader and have a thorough understanding of the industry. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. • Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. • Ensure long-term success of the business through strategic client management. • Lead client management team and coordinate activities to ensure client satisfaction. • Analyze client data and use insights to drive successful client strategies. • Create and manage client contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met. • Provide regular reports on client performance and progress. • Act as a point of contact between clients and other departments. • Develop and implement innovative strategies for client management. • Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition. • Conduct regular client meetings and provide feedback on performance. • Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
