Parks & Recreation is excited to announce the opening of our upcoming seasonal positions. Positions Available: Park Building Supervisor Skate Guard Warming House Attendant Gymnasium Facility Supervisor Gymnastics or Dance Instructor Zamboni Driver Other part-time/seasonal positions Although specific openings may not be available at this time, we are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team throughout the upcoming calendar quarter. While we may not have immediate openings, qualified candidates will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. If a suitable position becomes available, you will be notified by our team. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Depending on the role, responsibilities may include supervising park facilities, setting up and organizing recreational events and activities, ensuring the safety of skaters, providing exceptional customer service, leading fitness activities, instructing dance or gymnastics classes, maintaining ice surfaces, and performing other duties as assigned. Seasonal Park & Recreation positions may involve various physical demands, including but not limited to: Standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods Lifting and carrying equipment, supplies, and event materials (up to [weight] pounds) Bending, stooping, and kneeling for setup and maintenance tasks Operating equipment such as sound systems, sports gear, and event setups Working conditions may include but not limited to: Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, sun, occasional rain Interactions with diverse groups of people, including children, families, and individuals with different needs Collaboration with staff to coordinate activities and events Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff Expected salary : $14 - 20 per hour Location : Roseville, MN Apply Job!
