100% Remote but must live on East Coast Description... • Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining an applicant tracking system. • Collect and evaluate data using valuable metrics, including employee demographics and EEO data. • Handle semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, including monthly billing, audits, and enrollments. • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire orientation sessions. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. • Address inquiries related to P&C matters. • Support team member engagement and implementation of policies and procedures. • Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions. • Coordinate training and development programs. • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure P&C compliance. • Participate in P&C-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
