About the position As a CNC Machinist at Stryker Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up and operating machinery while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to perform routine and manual tasks effectively. You will be working on the 3rd shift, from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, in a fast-paced environment where reliability and teamwork are essential. Your primary responsibilities will include operating CNC machines, inspecting machined components using precision measuring equipment, and maintaining production records and maintenance logs. You will also be expected to assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance tasks and train others on operational and documentation procedures. In this role, you will be required to work from engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring that all components meet the required engineering standards. You will have the opportunity to determine tool offsets and load tooling into machinery at the correct settings, which is critical for maintaining production efficiency. Your ability to build positive relationships with your team members will be vital in achieving common goals and delivering high-quality products. Responsibilities • Set up and operate machinery under moderate supervision. , • Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment. , • Keep production records and maintenance logs. , • Perform frequent to regular tasks using standard procedures and various conventional and/or manual machine tools. , • Work from engineering drawings and/or specifications. , • Comply with and maintain documentation and records. , • Determine tool offsets and load tooling into machinery at correct settings. , • Assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance tasks. , • Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures. Requirements • High School Diploma required. , • 2+ years related Machining experience required. , • 3 - 5 years of CNC Machining preferred. , • Experience with Citizen L20 or DMG Mori NZX machines is a huge plus!
