Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting a positive brand image. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns. • Document all interactions with customers in the system for record-keeping and quality assurance. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. • Achieve and maintain individual and team performance metrics and goals. • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. PAY RATE: $21.00 - $34.12 Experience and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
