Global Partner Marketing Lead - Remote Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Partner Marketing Lead to spearhead our efforts in cultivating and enhancing relationships with premier global partners across diverse sectors, including public cloud, silicon, and hardware. This pivotal role will allow you to lead impactful marketing strategies, develop partner programs, and play a key role in steering the future of enterprise open-source solutions. Key Responsibilities • Direct a team of Partner Marketing Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes. • Enhance channel sales through collaborative marketing initiatives with system integrators, public cloud providers, device manufacturers, and semiconductor businesses. • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximize shared success. • Gain deep insights into partner strategies and goals to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives. • Craft persuasive partner messaging and joint value propositions to elevate results. • Guarantee the brand and value proposition are consistently represented in all partner communications. • Innovate marketing approaches by merging partner and organizational strengths to unlock new business potential. • Establish systems and metrics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the enterprise software, SaaS, or technology domains. • Proven track record in creating co-marketing initiatives with corporate partners. • Exceptional capabilities in relationship building and analytical reasoning to assess opportunities and prioritize impactful initiatives. • A proactive growth mindset, enthusiastic about innovation and risk-taking. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.
