Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Associate to join our Data Enrichment team, where you will contribute significantly to critical data enhancement tasks for a prominent healthcare client. Your role will be essential in upholding our commitment to high-quality standards, ensuring that our quality control processes are effectively supported. Key Responsibilities • Execute data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client. • Perform credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. • Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications. • Maintain the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards. • Validate information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing. • Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and precision. • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. • Ability to excel in a remote work environment. • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred. • Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
