Position Title: Virtual Educator - Remote | Work From Home Job Overview Are you dedicated to fostering academic success in students and eager to engage in a flexible virtual teaching environment? We invite experienced educators and tutors to join our afterschool program, delivering group instruction in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) to diverse student populations across various schools. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate interactive group tutoring sessions in Math and ELA for students in grades K-12. • Create an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere tailored to the needs of each student group, addressing their questions and feedback. • Develop and deliver lessons that enhance comprehension and drive academic achievement across multiple grade levels. • Utilize digital tools and resources to support students effectively in a virtual classroom setting. Required Skills • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in virtual formats. • Capacity to make learning engaging and interactive, with a focus on student-centered methodologies. • Familiarity with special education and the ability to support students with learning disabilities is highly desirable. Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. • Strong adaptability in teaching approaches to meet the varied needs of the class. • Must be able to successfully complete a background check if required.
