Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Remote Work Days: Monday to Saturday Role Overview: We are hiring dynamic individuals with educational expertise and a flair for sales to join as Customer Success Associates (Night Shift). This role blends customer support, problem-solving, and sales strategies to enhance user experiences, drive growth, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:  Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and tutors by understanding and addressing their needs.  Resolve inquiries and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.  Provide insights on curriculum, track student progress, and support educational outcomes.  Proactively renew subscriptions, upsell services, and boost customer engagement.  Drive customer loyalty and retention through outstanding service.  Gather and share feedback to improve platform features and processes. What We're Looking For:  3+ years of experience in education, sales, or customer support.  Background in IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or CCS curricula is an advantage.  Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms efficiently.  A results-driven mindset and willingness to work night shifts.
