The Program Managers in Maps lead cross-functional teams to deliver incredible user experiences across all Apple platforms, including iOS, Watch, Vision Pro, Web and developer. They drive collaboration and alignment, and bring clarity and focus to each and every program they own. They build features that help users discover places and experience the world around them. We are seeking an extraordinarily talented Senior Program Manager to help us achieve that goal. Description Description Program Managers in Maps deliver the right feature at the right time. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional, highly-engaged job. A good PM is the beating heart of their team. As a Senior Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work. You will build great customer experiences while working with remarkably hardworking and talented people across Apple. More specifically, you will: • Deliver impactful features: Drive the development and launch of customer-focused features that improve exploration, discovery, and engagement in Apple Maps. • Manage the product lifecycle: Own every phase of the software development process, from gathering requirements and scoping work to planning, execution, and shipping on time with high quality. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, product and design, data science, and other teams across Maps and Apple to harness collective expertise and deliver exceptional user experiences. • Execute with focus and precision: Drive projects to completion with a clear execution approach. Focus teams on well-defined priorities, anticipate delivery challenges, and use problem-solving to deliver results. • Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executives, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Lead with strategy and vision: Help craft roadmaps by identifying user needs, defining priorities, and making data-driven trade-offs to ensure project success. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of Program Management experience with consumer or developer-facing products. • Hands-on experience building and delivering client software along with web and internet services. • Experience working in a dynamic, execution-driven environment. • Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
