Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients to the resources they need. As a Support Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring that individuals feel supported and informed about our therapeutic services. Responsibilities • Engage with clients through live chat, providing friendly and professional support. • Answer inquiries related to our services, appointment scheduling, and general mental health information. • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of chats. • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary. • Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve the overall client experience. • Stay up-to-date with our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients. • Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. • Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients’ inquiries and concerns. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure. • Proficiency in using chat software and other computer applications. • Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize tasks efficiently. • A high school diploma is required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus.
