Job title: Personal Trainer and Stretching Specialist Company: Stretchplex, LLC Job description : Stretchplex is hiring personal trainers, physical therapist assistants, massage therapists, yoga and Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. Stretchplex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, personal training, and compression therapy to people who want to feel better. Stretchplex is unique because we give awesome value in each session that we guarantee customers will feel better after 1 session Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners who want to grow without limits. Our Body Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as personal training, compression and percussion therapies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build Stretchplex membership and retain current clientele through sales Manage client care Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience including: Booking client?s weekly recurring appointments Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leads Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention Qualifications: Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility Preferred background: Personal / Athletic Trainer Physical Therapist Assistant Massage Therapist Pilates or Yoga Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with client Fitness certification required and /or 4year Exercise Science or Kinesiology Degree Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training Must be available to go through our Body coach Training Program, which includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Leadership training Learn how to stretch others without wearing yourself out HAve respect in the community for what you do (check out our 5 star google reviews) Expected salary : $16 - 21 per hour Location : Wilmington, DE Apply Job!
