Design innovative solutions tailored to meet business needs leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales modules. Custom Development: Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. Implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, forms, views, dashboards, and reports. Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and applications using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom APIs. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across the ecosystem. Technical... Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales applications. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization to maintain system stability and reliability. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales applications to align with business processes and requirements. Implement and maintain security roles, permissions, and access controls. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation including design documents, configuration guides, deployment instructions, and user manuals. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a focus on Customer Engagement and Sales modules. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development. Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, and integration tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230) are a plus.
