We are in search of a committed Teacher of the Visually Impaired to become an integral part of our network based in Washington. As a tele-educator, you will have the privilege of making a profound difference in the educational journeys of students while enjoying the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities  Provide instruction and support to K-12 students who are blind, visually impaired, or experiencing vision loss.  Teach core curriculum subjects, Braille literacy, and essential independent living skills. Required Skills  Proficiency in teaching strategies tailored for students with visual impairments.  Familiarity with Braille literacy and standard curriculum subjects.  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.  Capability to work autonomously as a tele-educator. Qualifications  A Master's degree in Education for Visually Impaired Students or a related discipline.  Valid Washington teaching certification (ESA) in Visual Education for grades K-12.  Prior experience in virtual teaching is advantageous but not mandatory.
