Project REST is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Remote-Live Chat Agent to join our team in supporting victims of crime through effective communication and crisis intervention. In this role, you will engage with individuals reaching out for assistance via live chat, providing them with immediate support, information, and resources to aid in their recovery. Your empathetic approach and... excellent communication skills will help create a safe and supportive online environment for those in need. As a Remote-Live Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel heard and valued while helping them navigate challenging situations. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a knack for helping others through digital platforms, we would love to have you on board at Project REST.
