About Us: Oragen, LLC is a leading network of oral surgery offices, providing high-quality services to patients across multiple U.S. locations. We’re known for delivering top-notch care and creating a positive environment for both our patients and team members. As we grow, we’re looking to bring on a dedicated Recruiter/HR Assistant to support our HR team in fulfilling our hiring needs... especially for positions within our practices. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Recruiter/HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role will support our recruitment and HR processes, primarily focusing on hiring for key positions such as Oral Surgery Assistants and Front Desk Receptionists. The position is fully remote, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate a 20-hour work week. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Support: - Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. - Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates for review. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in tracking and managing the recruitment pipeline for timely updates and follow-up. - HR Assistance: - Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding processes. - Maintain candidate databases and HR records, ensuring they are up-to-date. - Support additional administrative HR tasks, as needed. Qualifications: - Experience: - 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles, ideally in healthcare or dental fields. - Familiarity with recruiting for medical or dental positions is a plus. - Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and/or HRIS systems. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Other: - Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access. - Flexibility to work around 20 hours per week, with a willingness to adjust to changing recruitment demands.
