Requirements We are seeking a dynamic DTC Customer Success Manager with experience in ecommerce brands. This role requires excellent client communication skills, collaboration with freelancers, and the ability to manage client onboarding and job postings for our agencies and ecommerce brands. The position is available for 20 to 40 hours per week, requiring proficiency in English and familiarity with tools like Slack and Airtable. The role is retainer-based, with payment ranging from $1000 to $3000, and operates within the CET timezone. Candidates should be at a mid-level proficiency and have experience with Shopify. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated upon directly with the client in the interview.
