As a Remote Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle while proactively building talent pipelines to support future growth. This role requires sourcing both active and passive candidates through innovative and traditional methods. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and must be adaptable, ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ongoing change. Remote Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers - Manage calendar and recruitment coordination to ensure smooth processes - Maintain up-to-date client and candidate data in the tracking system - Track recruiting metrics such as call volume, time-to-fill and candidate pipelines - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver top talent - Leverage LinkedIn and various job boards to source qualified candidates Remote Healthcare Recruiter Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required - 5+ years of recruiting or relevant healthcare experience - Strong sense of urgency and drive to meet staffing goals and close positions quickly - Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Experience working with applicant tracking systems If you're ready to bring your recruiting expertise to a high-impact role with growth potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
