Skills: • Empathy and compassion towards customers' situations • Keen attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure • Intermediate to advanced computer skills Compensation: At Answering Service Care, we're thrilled to announce our aggressive pay structure. We believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication. That's why our starting wages are among the best in the industry: Weekly Direct Deposit • 0-4 Months: $1/hr Increase • 4-8 Months: $.50/hr Increase • 8-12 Months: $.50/hr Increase • 1 Year: $.50/hr Increase In addition to these impressive rates, we offer performance bonuses on a weekly basis to maximize your earning potential.
