Overview The Senior Analyst in Health Care Quality Management at CVS Health plays a crucial role in advocating for quality improvement in health care services, managing projects, and collaborating across business units to enhance health care quality products and processes. In Short • Acts as a Quality Provider Liaison. • Implements quality management strategies. • Manages health care quality projects and initiatives. • Designs data collection methodologies and metrics. • Translates business information for internal and external stakeholders. • Develops documentation templates for quality management projects. • Leads cross-functional workgroups for quality improvement initiatives. • Schedules meetings with providers as per contract requirements. • Requires 3-5 years of managed care and quality improvement experience. • Must live near San Antonio, TX, and be willing to travel up to 50%. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of project management experience. • 1+ years of HEDIS experience. • 1+ years of NCQA or accreditation experience. • Experience with provider offices. • Master's Degree preferred. • Project Management Certification preferred. • Registered nurse or relevant work experience preferred.
